I have Sjogrens syndrome and have had to have both submandibular salivary glands removed and now on both sides of my neck below the jaw the lymph nodes are very hard and have not changed for almost a year do I need to be concerned?

maybe not lymph? Are you certain that what you feel are lymph nodes? Perhaps it could be calcified scar tissue that healed like that after after your surgery? Have they been intermittently hard or constantly? If constant, it's possible they are clogged and may have to be opened. .
