I have a medium hiatal hernia. The only problem it seems to cause me is globus. Ideas/tips for easing globus or for trying to correct/improve hernia?

In brief: Hiatal hernia

The hiatal hernia can be safely observed.
If it ever becomes large (paraesophageal hernia), it will likely take 20 years or more, and is unlikely to happen. The globus sensation (something sticking in throat) is poorly understood, and not treatable, but also not dangerous. Try keeping a log of what makes it worse, and avoid those food items. Hope this helps!
