I've had Hashimotos for a few years. Im on 100 mcg of levothyroxine. My tsh is 0.14 is that an okay number or will my doc adjust the dose?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that.
Having said that, your TSH is in the normal range though at the low end. Depending on your doctor's discretion s/he may wish to reduce the dose a tad, or ask you to skip one day a week.
