Hiii doctor, I have a small gap between the knees when my feet touches together. Is this knock knees??
No. Because you can put your feet together leaving a small space between your knees, you are slightly bow-legged (genu varum), like the traditional cowboy. That is the opposite of knock-kneed (genu valgum) when your knees touch preventing you from standing with your feet together, leaving a space between your feet. Knock-kneed is worse because your knees may hit painfully when you walk or run.
