Why when I go to dr office today my pulse was 90 when getting echo of heart, but now at rest 65? Also, BP usually 110/70 in office 140/80? Normal?

In brief: Sounds like u were--

Nervous. Increased pulse & bp at beginning of an office visit suggests u were nervous, especially since u "simmered down" by the end of the visit.
This has also been called "white coat hypertension". U shud ck ur BP periodically to be sure u don't have the beginning of a BP issue, so called labile hypertension. Discuss this with ur doc. Good luck.
