For a few years now i continuously get a rash around my lips. It is not constant but always occurs at random times. any ideas as to what is causing it?

Persistent chapped lips may be lip eczema, which can be treated like skin eczema, using Hydrocortisone cream, plus vaseline or Aquaphor to moisturize.
