I have a small, circular nodule infront of my left ear near the Targus...what could this be?

Pathology

In brief: Nodule on face

This could be one of several different things.
Most likely would be a lipoma (benign fatty tumor) or an epidermal inclusion cyst (also benign) as well a reactive lymph node. See you primary care doctor of a dermatologist. Some people also have a benign prearicular cyst. This sometimes has a small pore leading to the cyst.
