Consistently moderately swollen tongue, often dark purple toes (no pain). Could these be connected to thyroid function?

In brief: Difficult to say

Lots of causes of swollen tongue, and low thyroid is not a common cause.
If concerned about it, get the TSH level to determine if you have a low thyroid level. (TSH will be elevated if you are hypothyroid).
