In brief: ? Crohn's related

Might have focal bladder inflammation if area of Crohn's affected bowel is touching bladder. However persistent occult or microscopic hematuria warrants possible cystoscopic examination.
Especially if UR a smoker. Bladder cancer is rare at your age, but does occur. Can be performed in urology office with local anesthetic lubricant.
