I have anxiety attacks and when they happen I am usually just hanging out watching tv. How do I prevent attacks when I don't realize I'm stressed?

Anxiety. I have a great explanation I give to my patients explaining how anxiety ALWAYS has a logical source--it always started somewhere with a true threat. But the way neurons function in the brain allows neurons to fire when you are cued in some way by something that is tied to the original threat at the neuron level. Effective medications and expert anxiety treatment can really help stop panic for good.
