In brief: No need for antibiot

It can be controlled with improved oral hygiene and anti-inflamm. Rinsing with 2% OTC hydrogen peroxide diluted 50/50 with water 3 x/day will change the environment and reduce the inflammation by introducing oxygen to the area where the anaerobic organisms are causing the inflammation. Important to have meticulous oral hyg after any food Intake.

In brief: None needed

You really don't need antibiotics to treat gingivitis because gingivitis can be readily treated and cured by brushing 3 times a day and flossing daily.
You can also rinse with Listerine or Crest ProHealth.

In brief: Gingivitis

Gingivitis is an inflammation of the gingival tissues and rarely needs antibiotics for treatment.
Best treatment, pregnant or not, is to have an evaluation and thorough cleaning at your dentist's office.
