I feel my iron level is low. Doc says blood test not reqd. Non veg but eat only chicken. I eat spinach once a week. Is it enough? What al shd I eat?

Oral iron. As a woman of reproductive age you are losing iron each month and it would be prudent to take oral iron supplement with a multivitamin. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco or alcohol in any form. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.
