I've ruled out ovarian cysts. I am having sharp and dull pain on both sides of my lower abdomen. Possible kidney stones?

In brief: Pain

There are many reasons for pain.
Your best bet is to see your primary MD and get s full exam and history. Relationship to food bowel movement and cycle. A imaging may be needed. Stones are a possibility but uncommon to have stones on both sides and only have dull pain. Best of luck
