I took a breath test for a fructose allergy but wasn't sure if it was for fructose intolerance or fructose malabsorption, which one is it most likely?

In brief: Not allergy

Intolerance rather, or malabsorption, the same, will lead to positive test reading, if the sugar is asorbed so the test would be negative, allergies are to due to hypersensitivity to proteins in foods not sugars
