I've been dizzy/lightheaded and unbalanced with headaches and frequent eye twitches. No head trauma but is it still likely that I have BPPV?

Possibly. Classic benign positional vertigo begins after turning the head, usually to look over the shoulder to one side or the other. If it persists see an ENT doctor, there are a huge number of things that cause dizziness, and that will need to be sorted out.
See ans. No you cannot come to this diagnosis without a complete evaluation. There are many things that must be evaluated for your complaint. See your doctor to get the correct diagnosis and then proper treatment. Don't diagnose yourself.
