You should contact your Ob ASAP and have them choose a separate pregnancy safe medication for you.
Diuretics are not recommended in pregnant women as a first line agent. All changes in mediations should be made with your Ob's input. BP should be checked and controlled. There are other alternatives. Best of luck

alpha methyl dopa is typically used for pregnant patients with high blood pressure. check with your ob.
