If I take a pregnancy test 4 weeks after sex, can I be sure its result is accurate?

In brief: Yes

If a correctly done pregnancy test is negative at 4 weeks after last episode of sex, that would essentially rule out pregnancy.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.
