Is not present in the US, intended for people in Australia, it is a macrolide, more or less similar to Azithromycin, yes it passes in breast milk, not intended to be given to small children anyways, safety of Azithromycin in breastfeeding is unknown, yet no reported huge side effects from breastfeeding mothers on their babies, I would take the medicine, and call the doctor to discuss
