Speak with someone. You are describing classic symptoms of depression. If these continue without help, you are likely to feel even worse. Speaking with a therapist can be very helpful in understanding why you are feeling this way and making any changes that you need to feel better. It is probably a good idea to be evaluated by a psychiatrist as well, since medication can be very helpful as well.
