I have a vibrating-like sensation on my right groin area. It's intermittent, no pain, just annoying. What could it be?

In brief: Muscle twitch?

Maybe it is a muscle fasciculation.
There are muscles that are attached to the groin area, some of them are very large. When a uscle is undergoing a change in training, either more or less than normal, it will twitch, as it undergoes changes in nerve supply. This is benign. I cannot think of any serious or scary cause.
