I just started Paxil (paroxetine) 12.5mg QD and have been on trazadone 100mg HS. Paxil (paroxetine) seems to make me drowsy. Can I take it at night knowing it is a low dose?

In brief: Yes

If a med is sedating, best to take at bedtime.
Let your prescribing doctor know Paxil (paroxetine) is making your drowsy. Make sure you feel alert next morning. Hope this helps.
