In brief: Maybe

If you haven't had your period in two months, you should visit your doctor. Though a home pregnancy test was negative, there is a small chance you could still be pregnant.
A blood test (b-hcg) can accurately tell you if you are pregnant. A condition called polycystic ovary syndrome can also cause irregular periods or skipped periods. If it becomes a pattern, see your gynecologist.

In brief: Possibly

The home pregnancy tests are usually pretty reliable, but can sometimes give false negatives.
However, amenorrhea (the loss of your period) can result from many causes. It is best to consult with your ob/gyn to rule out other possibilities. Your ob/gyn can also run a blood serum bhcg test to see if you are pregnant (slightly more accurate than the home test kits).
