I feel very tired when waking up on the bed. Sometimes, I felt huge back pain and couldn't go anywhere.

Tired when waking. Could be sleep apnea or if wake to use bathroom . Check mattress should be changed every 10 years if non flip , 15-20 years if flip. For back pain if not allergic try aleve (naproxen) 2 tabs. For sleep need good hygiene, dark room no electronics, no drinking for 2 hours prior to bedtime so don't awake during night to urinate, if still issues check for sleep apnea f/u w/ doc.
