Rash in between thighs, around but cheeks. Many red dots and not blistering. Herpes? It has been hot and I have been wearing skirts

In brief: Not herpes

This isn't herpes.
Wrong symptoms, wrong location. It sounds like irritation from heat, sweat, etc, or possibly a superficial bacterial or fungal infeciton. Keep the area clean and dry. Wash with soap and water a couple times a day, plus a little cornstarch or talcum powder. Then try a jock itch medicine. If these things don't clear it up, see a doctor. But no worries about herpes. Good luck!
