In brief: Cranberry no help

Cranberry juice won't help much.
For a long time, it was believed cranberry juice or pills could prevent or cure UTIs, but recent research and shows no significant benefit, and mnost expers agree. Make sure you have been tested for STDs, which can cause UTI-like symptoms and are very common at your age of 21. You need to see a doctor, and stick with the same doctor over time. Good luck!
