Congratulations on making decision to eat healthy & lose belly fat.
But don't forget you also need to exercise, too, preferably combination of aerobics, strength/resistance, flexibility & balance. As for eating, only 3 "diets" have much proof to substantiate claims of benefit: vegetarian/vegan, DASH & Mediterranean. All have shown to lower risk of diseases eg heart disease, cancer, diabetes, strok
