Annual papsmear, colposcopy showed a 1cm object in the cervix. I hope it is just an uncommon lump, so in the best scenario what could it just be?

In brief: Polyp or fibroid

A mass in the cervix is usually a b-9 nabothian cyst, a polyp, or a prolapsing fibroid.
Much more rarely it could be cancer or a foreign body. If it was biopsied during the colposcopy, you probably will find out soon! Best wishes!
