After a month of displaced toe fracture it's now dry gangrene. Immobile hard scaly. Also my last three toes don't touch the ground in neutral position?

DR Kass is right , on a 22 yr old ' displaced toe fracture ' will not results in gangrene could be discoloration from extravasated blood , as advised see your doctor now.
