What are the symptons of chondrosarcoma?

Bone lesion. Chondrosarcoma presents as a nodular lesion protruding from bone. It can arise in any bone as solitary or multiple nodular lesions. There are no symptoms of pain. The dx of malignancy relates to behavior and how central the lesion is. In the foot the lesion is essentially benign; when arising from pelvic girdle, regardless of histology the behavior is that of a malignancy which can spread.
