Is it dangerous if the fluids from Fluticasone Nasal Spray go down the throat?

In brief: Not really

The only minor risk may be of fungal infection of the throat (aka thrush), which is treatable and much more commonly occurs with steroid containing inhalers.
More importantly, the medication will be less effective in the nose if landing in the throat..try a more gentle sniff and pinch the nose after spraying to keep the medication local.

Also try inserting the tip and gently aiming toward you ear, this will let the spray enter the turbinates.
