Can you give infant Tylenol (acetaminophen) to a baby if they don't have no fever?

In brief: Tylenol (acetaminophen)

Why would give tylenol (acetaminophen) to a baby if there is no fever, unless if you know for sure that the baby is in pain for example from teething.
Too much tylenol (acetaminophen) is not good for the liver. Good luck
