30 y/o female 6 months post-OCP. First 5 cycles 29-32 days. Now on day 37 of cycle and no period but bad PMS. Not pregnant. Should I worry?

There are several reasons why periods can be delayed, 90% of them are not serious.
Even for more than one occurrence I would not consider this serious but definitely inconvenient! Coming off the birth control may have unmasked an issue that is now becoming apparent. If this happens more than 3 mo. in a row, or if cycles become increasingly heavier or painful, go to your gyno to find out why.
