I'm hypothyroid and my tsh is 2.36. Doc said it's normal but I'm having all the symptoms very tired, fatigue, thin hair etc doc only did tsh and T4?

TSH normal. It is unlikely that you are hypothyroid. Your symptoms may be related to menopause. It may help to consult your gynecologist for hormone replacement. Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco or alcohol in any form. Practice safe sex.
