Can you ovulate when you miss one pill early and then "miss" another pill when you're expected to be ovulating. Except 2nd it's taken 24+hrs later.

One should take bcp every day at the same time of day.
If you take a pill more than 6-8 hours late, I recommend continued use of the bcp paired with the use of foam and/or condoms for two weeks to minimized the risk of pregnancy. Another option is to use the morning after pill e.g. Plan B if you have intercourse during the 2 weeks after a missed pill.
