What could have caused this hard bone like lump, that is sticking out from the back of my head? I'm real worried! No symptomes, and it's immobile!

In brief: Osteoma

Probable normal bone in abnormal location.
See ENT doc for exam to rule out other pathology.

It may be a perfectly normal prominence that many people have, called an inion, at the very top of the top of your neck where your skull joins. Google image it for location. Are you quite sure it is new? Have you been hurt? Is it at all tender, warm feeling or red? Probably nothing to worry about, but any clinic could examine you and get an x-ray if indicated.
