Waking up with low abdominal/pelvic/both sides pain that feels like its in the low back. lasts about 6 hours. feels worse on left side and down leg.

Rest, put pillow under knees when you are lying down, with knees flexed, there is less pressure on the low back. Take acetoaminophen (tylenol) or ibuprofen as needed or whichever works better for pain. If persists, follow up with your PCP.
