In brief: Whatever you need

Start with topical benzoyl peroxide and/or retinoic acid.
No need for anything fancy. If you're not clear in two weeks, your physician can add prescription-strength Rx. This is the 21st century and you have a right to be free of this stuff.

In brief: Benzacine

Benzacine cream is very effective to treat acne ,it should be used after washing and drying your face --at night time .
The face should be washed only in the morning and to continue it applying once daily for 2-3 months.

In brief: Depends

This really depends on the stage of the acne.
There really is no "best cream" that is universal. Mild acne will respond to a moderate benzoyl peroxide cream. Cystic acne requires a multi pronged approach, usually I use an oral antibiotic with an exfoliating product like Tazorac (tazarotene). Each product also has potential side effects, and of course cost that we consider. Best of luck!

In brief: Like many things in

Life, there is no one best acne cream out there.
People respond to different agents "differently". Not only that there are many different forms and severities of acne and this can change what you may best respond to.

In brief: Acne Cream

It depends on what type of acne you have.
There are different types of acne. Benzoyl peroxide, which is over the counter, is used for papular and pustular acne, which is the red inflamed acne. Tretinion is used for comedonal acne. Topical antibiotics are another choice for acne. Often, more than one type of treatment is needed depending on your skin. So there is not one best type of acne cream.
