What do right shoulder cramps indicate?

How is yr hydration? Common things to do that-muscle strain, electrolyte imbalances, dehydration. I would hydrate well, check blood work. Massage if it does not hurt. Still does not get better, I would go see a physician. Good luck.
Varies. Cramps in the shoulder can be from spasm, muscle injury, vascular issues, or even potentially a pinched nerve in the neck. I would not hesitate to be seen for a specific diagnosis. An exam alone would likely give a good idea about the cause.
