I made An appointment for peridontal disease. Is it ok to keep brushing after the bleeding and the movement still?

Keep it Clean. The cleaner your mouth is, the more easily your Periodontist will deal with your gum disease. Slight bleeding while brushing is OK. Use a medium or soft brush and change it frequently.
Don't stop. Keep your mouth as clean as possible. Make sure to keep your dental appointment. Stopping brushing will only allow your gum disease to worsen.
Yes, but. Yes, but if by "movement" you mean teeth are loose, brush carefully over those teeth. See periodontist ASAP.
Keep Brushing. Keep brushing gently even if gums bleed. Brushing and flossing help control the plaque and bacteria that cause periodontal disease.
