What does transverse diameter cerebellum , slightly prominent mean on a prenatal ultrasound report ?

In brief: Probably nothing

You'll have to ask the OB/GYN if there's any clinical significance to that finding since there is much more to both the report as well as the pregnancy than you have told us.
The statement by itself is saying that the technologist doing the ultrasound feels the WIDTH of the cerebellum (part of brain in back that controls balance) is VERY WELL visualized.. But that doesn't say much in my opinion.
