Read that DHA omega-3 fatty acid is the most important one & ALA is not as important as DHA & EPA.Can i concentrate on foods on DHA, EPA & forget ALA?

In brief: Balance is important

DHAi is especially helpful for brain health, primarily in the developing brains of younger folks and when there has been brain trauma.
EPA is a close second. ALA is use for nerve health such as in a person w/neuropathy, nerve damage. Peace and good health.
