I had ACL op 7 yrs ago but I still have mobile joints an more pain should I go ahead with another op.?

A repeat MRI can tell you whether the graft is intact or stretched out. In either event, if you cannot do the activities that you enjoy because of knee instability, you can consider getting a revision ACL reconstruction.
