Is there fact to too much rubbing belly in first trimester cause increased body temperature that may provoke miscarriage or preterm labor? Doc said so

No. Rubbing the belly surface won't increase one's body temperature inside. The skin may get a little warmer where one rubs. Nothing unusual happens to the baby, because the baby is inside, at a stable temperature. So, if any baby problems arise, they are not due to rubbing the belly surface.
