What are the health benefits of chlorophyll? I heard's it's good for a healthy diet (green veggies) and improving metabolism, but I'm not sure about the latter.

In brief: Product of greens

Chlorophyll is what gives plants the green pigment.
As for health benefits I don't see any harm in taking it up as green leafy vegetables are high in minerals and nutrients. As for helping metabolism - it helps maintain plant metabolism as it is essential for phtosynthesis. Not sure it has much effects on humans,.

Chlorophyll does not have any known function in human metabolism. It is vital for most plants.
