I have seldom mild stomach cramps & I have seldom shoulder pain but no bleeding. Are those symptom of ectopic pregnancy?

Probably not. If, by "stomach cramping", you are referring to the upper part of your stomach, then if you are having simultaneous shoulder pain which is NON-positional (does not hurt more in the shoulder when you move your arm), then this implies that something may be irritating your diaphragm. One common cause is pain from gallstones. Ectopic is a possibility, but usually causes CONSTANT LOWER abdominal pain. Read more...

5 weeks pregnant. Lower abdomin pain and bleeding an Orange light color. I'm not spotting. A good amount of blood. Micarriage? Ectopic pregnancy?

Needs evaluation. Bleeding in early pregnancy may be common but it is not normal. You need to be seen urgently to verify the pregnancy and to verify that the pregnancy is located inside the uterus. An ectopic (tubal) pregnancy can present with pain and bleeding. Even though an ectopic pregnancy is less likely than a normal pregnancy prompt evaluation is warranted. Read more...

Ultrasound is never 100% so i suggest a repeat sonogram be done to confirm a heart beat at a later date. However, if no bleeding or cramping with a gestational sac in the uterus, you are likely on the right track. Read more...

Repeat test. You should repeat the pregnancy test in 3-4 days. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. Alternatively you could get a blood test for HCG that will settle the issue now.
