Alcohol + Polypharm. Alcohol does not mix well with the condition for which you are being treated with that medication, nor does alcohol mix well with the medication, nor do some of those medications mix well together. Therefore, it may be contraindicated to consume any alcohol with these medications. .

Risperidone. Amenorrhea may occur with Luvox but the frequency is not reported. It may be seen in 1% to 10% with risperidone. Menstrual irregularity was reported (but not specifically amenorrhea) with Klonopin with no frequency reported. Discuss this with your doctor as you may need further evaluation. Not commonly. A simple medscape search shows that it's not a known adverse effect of clonazepam (Klonopin), risperidone (Risperdol), or fluvoxamine (Luvox). I've not seen it in my clinical experience either as a result of these medications. Drug interaction. Lithium and Luvox (fluvoxamine) together can increase the chances of serotonin syndrome( and NMS)...which are rare but dangerous conditions.
