In brief: Yeast? Herpes?

It could be a yeast infection.
Such localized symptoms are atypical for yeast, but possible. You could try an over-the-counter yeast cream like clotrimazole, miconazole, etc. Also, examine yourself closely to be sure there's not an open sore in the area. If so, herpes would be the main concern. If in doubt, or symptoms continue or don't respond to yeast treatment, see your doctor. Good luck.

In brief: Could be uti

you can pick up a urine strip at the drug store or go to your primary doctor to have your urine checked for a urinary tract infection.
Other causes could be irritation from intercourse or a mild vaginitis.
