Interactions. Drug interactions doesn't mean that two drugs shouldn't be taken together. It means they interact. Most commonly, and in this case, they refer to how they may influence each others' metabolism -- resulting in either a higher or lower lever. People vary in metablism of drugs. And, it means, as your doctor probably knows, that doses are incremented in small amounts and slowly, for safety.
