In brief: Meal diary

Is there a type of food that triggers this.
have you considered an lactose free diet? often that is the case. Also if the symptoms persist you may need endoscopy, and other workup. best of luck. may need to see GI

Would need to know tests done to give a complete answer. However, it is likely irritable bowel syndrome and although many treatments are showing some benefit, reducing stress is first and foremost.
