Only way to confirm UTI is by urinalysis.
Usual symptoms are : Frequent need to urinate, burning sensation with urination, increased sense of urge to urinate, wetting, foul smelling urine, pain in pubic or suprapubic area. More serious UTIs can be associated with fever &/or back/flank pain. However, first thing to do is get urine tested

possible leakage ,why don't you see your doctor,or visit a health facility ? It is not hard to treat UTI Until you see a doctor drink 8 oz glass of cranberry juice three times a day GOOD LUCK Debra..you are still young !!!!
